COOK TIME: 30-45 minuts.
LEVEL: Medium.
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 grams of flour.
- 50 grams of butter.
- 5 eggs.
- Milk.
- 1 small glass of water.
- 1 lemon rind.
- Sugar.
- Some cinnamon.
- Oil.
- Salt

METHOD
- Put in a saucepan the milk and water, also add the lemon rind and a pinch of salt.
- Place the saucepan on the fire and when it starts boiling add the flour all at once and with low heat , stir well the whole compound.
- Increase the fire and continued stirring until you see the mixture separates from the sides of the pan. Remove the pot waiting for the dough is warm.
- Add now previously beaten eggs slowy and stirring constantly.
- Once you get a homogeneous mass with the help oh a spoon, take the measure to form the fritters and fry them in a pan with plenty oh hot oil until you see there are gold.
- Remove the fritters and place them a plate with kitchen paper so that it absorbs the excess oil.
