WIND FRITTERS

WIND FRITTERS
COOK TIME: 30-45 minuts.

LEVEL: Medium.



INGREDIENTS:


  • 200 grams of flour.

  • 50 grams of butter.

  • 5 eggs.

  • Milk.

  • 1 small glass of water.

  • 1 lemon rind.

  • Sugar.

  • Some cinnamon.

  • Oil.

  • Salt

METHOD



  1. Put in a saucepan the milk and water, also add the lemon rind and a pinch of salt.

  2. Place the saucepan on the fire and when it starts boiling add the flour all at once and with low heat , stir well the whole compound.

  3. Increase the fire and continued stirring until you see the mixture separates from the sides of the pan. Remove the pot waiting for the dough is warm.
  4. Add now previously beaten eggs slowy and stirring constantly.
  5. Once you get a homogeneous mass with the help oh a spoon, take the measure to form the fritters and fry them in a pan with plenty oh hot oil until you see there are gold.
  6. Remove the fritters and place them a plate with kitchen paper so that it absorbs the excess oil.
